structure for the gardener and landscaper whether flowering or clipped, colour for the garden or commercial field, flowers that can be the basis for pot-pourri, flowers that can be used for insect deterrent sachets, essential oil, herb ingredient for culinary uses

A firm philosophy of the Australian Lavender Industry is that companion essential oils should be developed by producers of lavender essential oil so as to fully utilise equipment, provide a buffer for market downturn and adverse weather conditions and to diversify both within and outside the industry.
